I got a Scorpion HL the other day and it's the best light I've ever had.
You'd probably need to EDC it on your belt though.

Light intensity degrades rapidly with distance. At 21 feet outdoors, a 100 lumen light is only marginally distinguishable from ambient streetlight or the light from a full moon, and with that small of a flashlight head, a lot of that light is going to be lost due to internal refraction scattering the light rays.

For the same price, you can have a 600 lumen light on you with little impact on your ability to draw quickly. If you have time to switch on a light, you have time to draw a light from a holder, and if you don't have time to draw a light, you won't have time to hit that switch anyway.

To answer your original question, the LC9 sells more units which is why they made a custom molded adapter for it. No reputable flashlight (read: duty-grade) company makes them though, because of the things I mentioned earlier.
