I can not stress how much water is vital to me. I have noticed if I increase my water intake where it's supposed to be (Half my weigh in pounds, to ounces, 200lbs=100oz) I lose a couple pounds within the next couple of days. This is your next and most important step: DRINK WATER! The reason I am so insistent on this is when I am not eating right, I hate water. Like I never drink water. And I can tell how much better my body looks and feels when I am bringing the water on.
I splurged against better judgment and bought this smart water bottle and I am glad I did!! VERY easy to use and it stores info for up to a week. It only works with iPhones though. I highly recommend it, despite the bad reviews.
