Omg I have the same issues! The anxiety, the weight, and the thinning of my hair. For the thinning, I suggest a product called Toppik. That stuff saved me. I can do whatever hair style I want, but just use Toppik to fill in the sparse spots.

It's basically fine particles that sit on your scalp and hair and help fill in. Its a little finnicky and requires practice not to get patches (it has to be lightly dusted in) but it made a world of difference to me!
