I used the Tunebug Shake for a few years and it worked pretty well in terms of putting music around your head but not directly in your ears. Decent sound, loud enough to clearly hear the music but still able to hear things around you.

Downvotes:

  • Bluetooth is weak, worked much better with a 1/8 cable between the device and my player which I carried in my jersey back pockets.
  • Battery charge, I was lucky to get 1.5 hours on a full charge
  • Battery life, fully dead battery after roughly a year of moderate to heavy use and you can't replace the battery.
