Specs:
There is possibly a better solution, but maybe you could use an audio playback shield connected to an external Bluetooth transmitter to pull this off. I would think it easier to connect the shield and speaker with a cable if your speaker supports it. I don't believe a regular Arduino will have the processing power needed to play audio over Bluetooth all by itself.
