Ok ESCs are the problem. I helped another guy on here just yesterday with almost the exact same problem. You need to flash better firmware on those ESCs and then they will work like a freakin dream. The stock firmware is garbage though.

I use blue series exclusively on my 250s on 4s and have never had a problem because I flash them all to BLheli.

So get an atmel flashing tool and flash new firmware. Problem solved! Woohoo! Go team!
