Macro Extension Tubes
Use this in combination with the lighting you mentioned you have and you should be able to pull it off.
These are the cheapest I found online. Extension tubes are a cheap way to get macro shots but lenses are designed to form the best image when they are focused on medium to far objects. These macro tubes will allow you to control the aperture and therefore get sharper photos if you close down the aperture to around f/11.
