I use this mount with a JBL 520C center:

https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Shelving-Bracket-Component-MOUNT-SF004/dp/B071FVHM19

The center is on the smaller side and fits pretty well on the shelf. The speaker is almost entirely on the shelf and the curved front on the shelf just sticks out slightly. I put the bars of the shelf between the TV and the wall mount and affixed with this bolts from the TV wall mount, which were long enough for the extra couple millimeters.

For my room with many viewing options, it gives a lot of options while keeping the center pointing wherever the TV is.

So for Atmos, you want the side surrounds within a foot of ear level to give separation from the ceiling speakers and they aim toward the listening position. Note that there are three main types of Atmos: ceiling, height (placed at the very top of a wall), and up-firing (aimed at the ceiling). We only recommend the first two, with ceiling being slightly better than front heights (but front heights are usually easier to wire). You're probably reading about Atmos upfiring modules, don't use those.

The mantelmount is good, but the center speaker is going to be the tricky part. You could use a vesa shelf like this one above or below the TV and Velcro a center to it. https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Shelving-Bracket-Component-MOUNT-SF004/dp/B071FVHM19/.

Some people also use passive sound bars as center channels with the mantelmount because they have a low profile, not sure exactly how they mount them to the TV though.

It is such an odd shape that any kind of mount is going to be awkward. I would look for something more like a shelf to mount it to instead. Something like this could be modified to work https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FVHM19/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_s4CWCbVYVC8RG

You might have to bend the arms flat so they can be screwed into the bottom of the cabinet then the Echo might fit on the shelf. There were a few mounts for the Gen1 that would have worked but those only worked because the speaker was underneath the screen. If you ask me, the Echo Show products are both poorly designed in that you can't really use them on anything but a flat surface.
