Hey, I''m looking for some advice on Petticoats.
I got last week (or so) this maid dress. I've been trying it on and off these days,and got the feeling that it lacks some defining for the skirt part.
Now, I've been looking around a bit on Amazon, and found things like this and this, but, besides that, I don't know how to operate with these articles: I'm trying to get a "classy" look, closer to some kind of gothic lolita style with just some added volume to the skirt while avoiding the "generic" sissy look (Too much frills, excessive volume on the skirt, you know the deal).
What should I look for on a petticoat? What should I avoid? I'm looking to use it also for future dress purchases (Something along these lines. It would look cool if a bit of lace showed behind the skirt?
