Those flashlights are a moderately respectable value at their true retail price, which is approximately $5.
For $20, they're awful. You should instead purchase the AA-powered Thrunite T10ii and run it from NiMH batteries, or the all-inclusive Wowtac A1.
Unless those are your only two options, my answers would be "6D, and get a better flashlight." For just $20, you can get a Wowtac A1 in neutral white, which is better than a Maglite in almost every way, depending on whether you meant the incan versions or the LED versions.
