Im not sure what you mean by using with google home as assistant. Google Homes don't have z wave. I have this one. I have it integrated into home assistant and an aeotec z stick and I can turn it on and off with google home. It's not in wall, but it does have usb and it measures power

I am not aware of one at all or Z-Wave, I think you'll have to do the fallback.

This one doesn't seem to control the USB ports, only the outlet. You might be able to open it up and do some creative rewiring.
