I’m so sorry. It SUCKS to live like this, especially as you know when you are not even DIAGNOSED... and with multiple concurrent illnesses. I really strongly believe in a serious connection between hormonal disorders for women and gut dysbiosis and all of my hunches keep getting confirmed with actual research. Talk to your doctor (MD) about this. From my understanding, could be that your stomach acidity isn’t breaking it down. If you had no other symptoms , then try freezing the pill and taking them while they are frozen. Your body will work harder to break it down. I have seen a lady who has been suffering with SIBO for 20+ years and she took oregano oil pills and is now cured , feeling better, and less symptoms.
