Not a flipper per-se, but in collecting things I have started to get dupes, and I want to get them gone.

I want to sell some non-media-mail-eligible loose CDs/DVDs. I don't want to pay 2.77 in shipping. I started doing some research, and found CD mailers - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002TJXO3K - which I theoretically could use at the "envelope" rate at less than a buck each.

Have any of you used these? Is my assumption correct, is the postage less? What do you lose - can I use eBay to print the postage still? Do I get tracking? Are customers going to be pissed, assuming I note in the auction that I'm using a flat mailer?
