Other than my silly Totoro bed, it's a television.

I want it because I finally have a private room at school, and I'd love to have a little TV. It also has a built in DVD player, and an HDMI input, meaning I can watch virtually anything using it/my computer. I also am going to be moving into a place of my own in a year or so, and I'd like to have a TV when I do.

Yes, I'd be okay life if I never got a television. I can keep using my trusty computer, but it would be nice to have a little luxury in my life for once. :)

Why not a small lcd tv with a wall mount? Something like this new, or just go to a local pawn shop. You can find super cheap small flat screen tvs there. Then just buy a wall mount online.

I think we still have some laying around our warehouse. The stand works with any small TV, but could get top heavy if your screen is too big.
