I am due this Winter! My cute little parasite is a boy, though.

1 Cotton headband

2) I'd love this $1.91 with free shipping LED flower light that I stole from /u/bridget1989's wishlist! (Sorry not sorry!)

3 Addison, Amelia, Bailey, Violet, Madeline, PrincessSparkle (thought your daughter might like this one), Mairin (Irish, I'm Irish!), etc.

THANKS for the GREAT contest! Let me know how you're feeling every day so I know what to expect one month after you do. Haha!

Luck!y! How fun! I cant wait to take my girls there, gotta wait till the baby is a little older :)

  1. Aladdin. I love that movie. When my dad died in the 90's, someone gave us a new Aladdin and Lion King VHS. I watched Aladdin everyday. It was funny and I loved the songs.

  2. his and hers key holders

  3. See ya real soon!

  4. headband for babygirl

    Thanks for the contest!

I bought these

My daughter was born with a full head of hair and now it's almost long enough to be a short bob - I use these to keep the hair out of her eyes because I can't bring myself to cut it yet. They're 2" and look so cute in her hair. They stay really well too, they don't slip out like some of the other clips I had bought (which I ended up throwing away because I realized she could actually choke on them). My LO is 4 months and hasnt tried to pull them out yet, but even if she did and these got in her mouth they are too big and wide to swallow. At most she would chew and slobber on them.

I also love stretchy headbands - Target has a lot of cute baby ones but they just now started to fit her head, they were way too big before. I think they are either the Cat & Jack or the Just One You brand.

I basically said f it and bought mainly boys clothes for my girl (I don't think pink frilly things are cute and some girls clothes are downright uncomfortable!). I also bought a package of chiffon headbands in all different colors. They are great for when we go out in public because I'll dress her with a matching headband so people don't assume she's a boy. Here is a link to the headbands: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PADBT1Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_RCFtybGYZ3TK0

I ordered a pack off amazon one in every color!!. I like them a lot.

I also had an activity for my baby shower where guests made a headband. Look up headband making kits!

My two year old daughter's hair is curly and difficult. Mom and I have developed a method that seems to work.

  1. During bath time apply conditioner liberally and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Repeat
  3. Only use shampoo biweekly.
  4. It's MUCH easier to brush the hair directly after a bath.
  5. Use detangler (watered down conditioner in a spray bottle) if you need to.

This leaves the hair shiny and smooth. The only style I really do is putting it in a ponytail using these but I'm sure you can find lots of tutorials on YouTube.

Those clip on bows! Where are they from?

Update: found the direct link for the sequin bows on Amazon

The crazyist thing I have done with my hair is get one of those feathers, however it was improperly done and came out after two days :( This is something I want, but I don't have any kids so I don't need it! I just think it is adorable just like a Zombie Monkey.

Also I can't seem to find your polish thread and it is making me sad.

We were gifted a set of these hats for my LO. They look adorable on her, but I have yet to take her out in them.

Full disclosure, I'm white, she is white. Should I be concerned about offending someone by putting her in it?

Maybe I'm over thinking this.
