Don't take this the wrong way, but you haven't tried everything. That means it is not a hopeless situation! IIWY, I would do a food dye elimination diet. My son reacts to food dyes and there is no test for it, you have to eliminate and observe. I found the Die Food Dye website helpful when I was figuring this out:
