I designed my own in excel and then bought carbon copy paper from amazon (250 sets for I think $20ish?). Just make sure you put them in the printer the right way.

The pages are not stuck together but it seems like an easy enough solution for me.

Order paper cases, with the 3 colors already collated. Then from your application, print 3 of each page needed (not 1), and it'll print on the three sheets/colors. https://www.amazon.com/Plain-Collated-Color-Paper-Carbonless/dp/B003TONKQK is the right idea. Order multiple cases in at a time from a paper company to save money and time..

Oh yea, cheap quality paper jams more often than the nice smooth paper.

They make an inkjet-compatible carbonless paper (it might be hard to find) that can be printed on using an inkjet printer. You would need to print each layer individually (white top layer, yellow bottom layer, etc.), then attach or staple them together.

You talking of a binder of info to carry with you if you have to bug out? If so, how were you going to weather proof it? I'm working on a small binder of info and was thinking of trying to print on waterproof paper.
