Here's an appetizer that always impresses (everywhere I bring these they are immediately devoured, people sneak into the kitchen and try to sneak more while they're being made):

Ingredients:

• Sweet or sourdough baguette (your preference)
  
  
• Avocado
  
  
• Cherry tomatoes
  
  
• Garlic
  
  
• Premade balsamic glaze (like this)
  
  
• Basil
  
  Directions:
  
  
• Slice up baguette into 1/2" - 3/4" thick slices
  
  
• Peel a few cloves of garlic and slice a tiny bit off the ends
  
  
• Mash up the avocado
  
  
• Slice the cherry tomatoes somewhat thinly
  
  
• Cut up the basil into small, thin strips
  
  
• Broil the sliced bread until slightly toasted
  
  
• Rub the garlic on the bread right when it comes out of the oven
  
  
• Spread a bit of the avocado on each toast
  
  
• Add a layer of tomato slices on top of the avocado
  
  
• Put a couple basil strips on each toast
  
  
• Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the toasts
  
  
• Serve!
  
  Sounds like more work than it is, and trust me... anyone you serve these to will love you.

Making it is easy, just follow along with a recipe that looks good to you. These days I just buy it. This product is pretty good.

I get the melatonin at Walmart and I do need 10mg. I've tried the lower doses and they don't work for me at all.

I must add that I use blue light blocking glasses in the evening on the recommendation of my doctor and it really does work remarkably well. I put them on around 7:30PM and I'm out by 9PM.

There are a ton of them out there. Just make sure they have orange lenses. These are the ones I use with my glasses.

I haven't tried that specific sauce but have tried Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Swineapple Rib Glaze & Dippin' Sauce which sounds similar and is amazing. I would give both a shot.
