Phil Mickelson shows his best drill in "Secrets of the Short Game" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhzY7TIMnMU). Basically, take 8 tees and place them in a circle around the hole at 3', then again at 4', 5', and 6'. Start with the three footers and go around the hole. Every time you miss one, you start over. So if you nail 7 straight 3' putts, you end up putting pressure on yourself to hit the 8th and move on to 4'.

Personally I wasn't a great putter so when I started doing this drill. I would just put until I holed 100 3' putts from around the hole. After I did the 100 holed 3' putts (if I had time) I'd try and make 100 from 4', then 5', then 6'.

Really, just repetition to get your started. ALSO, I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Pelz-Golf-DP4007-Putting-Tutor/dp/B01718IMYY/ref=sr_1_3?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1bG1tdK14wIVy7bACh1b2QtwEAAYASAAEgKU1_D_BwE&hvadid=178128662112&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9021890&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=b&hvrand=4602190071287016995&hvtargid=kwd-3054275133&hydadcr=16284_9861366&keywords=dave+pelz+putting+aids&qid=1563149708&s=gateway&sr=8-3 I found it for like $25 at my local shop but it forces you to learn to start your putt on a straight line. You can't push or pull the putt and still make it. I use that at home in my office. It doesn't matter where the ball goes, it just matters that you don't knock the marbles loose.

Lol no, the lack of weight is just so weird. Maybe with one of these though.

Golf fag here, might have been better luck practicing if you'd invested in some of these bad boys http://www.amazon.co.uk/PGA-TOUR-Sticks-Alignment-Golf/dp/B007CCAUZY

This is the piece of equipment that convinced me to not buy any more training equipment for a long time.

I looked like a freaking t-rex with it on. Did not help, felt and looked ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend.

This! Just more expensive.

I read a Stan Utley book and went out for an hour 1-2x/week to a chipping/putting green for a couple weeks. Also bought an Eyeline Target Circle as picking a spot is big for him.

Went out the next round and I was fucking shocked. I almost dunked a couple.

Next up: topping my irons so I don’t have to get to the green in 5!

TL;DR- I did a lot of intentional practice.

Meh. Money grab. Pelz is a legend in the coaching game but the guy sells this for $50 for absolutely no reason relating to the quality of the product. Hell you can get that thing for 15 dollars, and it'll do the same shit.
