If you want it in naked filament, rather than taking Brothengar's suggestion to print it in anything and paint it the right color, how hard is it to put 'PLA filament blue' into the search box on Amazon and look at the returns? It's easy enough to pick out this, this, this, and this, although the last two might be too bright. But you're the one who's going to be printing it, and you're the only one who can judge if the color is close enough for your purposes.
Ohh I like the orange, and as for blue I'm more of a fan of https://www.amazon.ca/1-75mm-Light-Blue-Printer-Filament/dp/B01CX8ZFJC/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1536806185&sr=8-12&keywords=amz3d
