Use smart pots to hold the soil and plant - you should start in a small pot and graduate up to larger ones, but you can also just pop your seed into the big one. Be sure not to overwater.

Get a wireless dehumidifier for the inside of the keezer. The problem is that chest freezers are not meant to be run at such high temperatures, so you get a lot of condensation which promotes mold growth. You may also add an axial fan to get better circulation (this can also give you a more consistent temperature.)

Yeah they work great. If you are just trying to recirculate air in the fridge I would grab a little fan like this. The power cord is really thin so you can still close the door.

I use the Inkbird 308 which has both cold and hot side inputs. I keep a wrap heater on my bucket and I'm able to keep it +/- 1 degree F of my set temperature. My settings are:

• Temp Heating: 1 degree below base temp with start the wrap heater
  
• Temp Cooling: 1 degree above base temp with start the freezer
  
• Alarm High/Low: if the temp gets more than +/- 2 degrees off the base temp, my alarm sounds
  
• Compressor delay: 7 minutes
  
  I'm not using a fan right now in my fermenting chamber and it hasn't effected it. I do use the AC Infinity AXIAL 8038 (here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009OXTWZI/) in my keezer and it works well.

I wouldn't want you to damage your furniture, etc. But check out this crude image I put together. I think you could get a negative pressure air flow setup, with the fan I linked below, just to have some air movement (nothing high performance). It looks like you have two sections where cable is passed through; that's plenty of room for air to pull in from them, and act as intakes for air. So wouldn't need to modify anything on top. And even when the doors are closed it's not a perfect seal, so some air comes in too. Then exhaust it out the bottom with the fan. This way you can't see it, so it all still looks nice and clean. Once you introduce a fan into an enclosed system, natural convection doesn't really happen anyway, so exhaust down is fine.
