This is what I use. They cost around $30 and they light up the same colour as the circuit board. It's a bit expensive but because it's a 360 controller, there is no extra setup required like motionjoy or xpadder.

Hi Sirarvel, I also bought Bulletstorm on the sale and started with my mouse & keyboard but switched to my controller to see if it was any easier. I think that using the controller is better to be honest, to me it means you can be more accurate but that may be because im used to using a controller because I have only recently switched to PC gaming. The controller I use for my PC is a cheap afterglow gamepad. Below is a link, It's the exact one I have:
