Smart bulbs need a place to keep the “smarts”

Also even non-smart LEDs have the white part

Ouch. Those taxes hurt:D But I understand that getting sick won't bankrupt you so....

You might consider ordering some Amazon basics. Here's a 6 pack for 16$ or 2.50 a bulb.

edit - 16 pack for 27$, or 1.68 a bulb...

skip to 14:05Point is, a plant does not get satisfied with only blue and red wavelengths. Comparable to if you only got to eat apples and bread, kind of. Red and blue are the most used wavelengths but you should have some white (green) supplemental light in there for healthier plants.

I'm guessing those are 60 watt equivalent and pull like 15-20 actual watts each from the wall. If this is the case, you're going to need more light. They'll be alright when they're babies but they will stretch and you will have a lot of space between nodes. Since you don't have them in a separate environment like a tent you will likely get contaminants like hair in your weed. The quality will be straight up bad and you will barely get any yield. That set up isn't even really worth the cost of electricity but you'll probably learn a thing or two, just don't expect to be growing much of anything.

Get a fan, any fan, and make sure you have airflow. Get them in a separate environment to keep contaminants out like a tent or inside a box of some sort with proper airflow and they will be okay until they are out of the seedling stage, at which point you will need more light. That set up in the picture is the kind of environment i would be trying to get my babies out of ASAP. You can keep doing what you have there, but you will get like a quarter ounce or maybe a half if you're lucky and it won't be very good. Also, I use Fox Farm soil so I'm not 100% sure, but i normally avoid Miracle Grow products because that soil can nutrient burn baby plants with too much nitrogen. If you're going to use Miracle Grow you might want to look into soil for seedlings.
