If you don't mind refurbished: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B016YJDV74/ref=gbps_img_s-3_8062_36e95329?smid=A1KWJVS57NX03I&pf_rd_p=2449568062&pf_rd_s=slot-3&pf_rd_t=701&pf_rd_i=gb_main&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1YWACX389N8SHAN08Y4P (today only)
Yeah sure, man. The Focusrite Scarlet 2i2/Solo are very common picks for an Audio Interface and should go for $100-$150 depending on which features you need. The Solo will probably do everything you need. The Apogee Jam is also a great option if you're using a Mac or iPad, but it doesn't work for PC (AFAIK).
For monitors the Mackie CR-3 and CR-4 are great budget options - keep in mind that with 3" speakers, you might want a sub to fill out the low frequencies (although that's not hugely important with guitar). These go for $100-$150 for a pair.
If you want to go slightly higher end, a pair of Yamaha HS-5s can be had for around $350; might be worth looking for a used set. I have the bigger HS-8s and they are great.
KRK Rokit 5s go for $300/pair and are really popular - I've always thought they sounded a bit muffled but lots of people swear by them. They have a good amount of low end too.
If you go for the cheaper option, you should be able to get a set of monitoring headphones too. Audio Technica ATH-M50X is pretty much the standard recommendation; they're immensely popular for this sort of thing. Here's a refurbished set for $40 off. I have a pair of the older gen models and they're very nice for the money.
EDIT: Just to note, these are all powered monitors so you wouldn't need to get an amp for them. You should be good to go with just the interface and the speakers.
My pair of Audio Technica ATH-M40X that I've had for a little over a year just broke today. The swivel that allows it to turn 90 degrees broke off suddenly without warning.
I am debating between buying a new pair for $79 on Amazon or going a bit higher and getting a refurbished pair of ATH-M50X for $109.
Is it worth the extra money? Is buying refurbished worth the discount?
Honestly? I really don't. I have no place to try these. It's unfortunate when you're shopping for headphones online and finding no place to try out pairs. But with all that I'm reading about them, what they're used for, them having great higher ends and decent mids, and punchy bass (for being studio monitors)... they fit me. And I keep coming back to them.

Not sure if this amp is worth it for the extra 30 dollars. I most likely won't be using the case. Just don't want to be rooked with refurb however I know they're tested and such and supposedly like new.
Refurb is here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016YJDV74/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A9VBWN1Q1U6E6
Just grabbed a quick two for comparison:
20 days ago, sold for $80 shipped
1 month ago, $90 shipped with 2 extra sets of pads and 3 cables
And just for fun
Renewed on Amazon with 2 day shipping for $110
Edit: The dbrand skin is $12
that's about it :D all headphones are fairly sensitive and have a low impedance, hence they can be used directly from the smartphone and don't require a headphone amplifier.
*edit: warning about the K553 PRO! They are not a small headphone and the price used to be lower than this ;D
I have these headphones, and could not be happier.
Edit: Reddit formatting is hard

Found these in the amazon warehouse. How are these on the clamping force?
Also, do you have any recommendations on IEMs with great positional audio?
Any closed headphones should work as a good sound dampener, for around $100 I'd recommend these;
Seinnheiser HD449
ATH M50x
KRK KNS 6400
Headphones I've used the past 10 years.

Virtual surround sound I've used

Hate wired headphone?

This is what it is basically. They are stereo headphones...
