It you’re in the us on amazon it’s $50 Bayonetta 2
didn't this originally include the first Bayonetta via download code? I see it did, and this does not:

might as well buy it new for $51.75 on amazon and get both games, as I think the original costs $30 on the eShop.

It's hard to tell, but I think this offer is only Bayonetta 2 because when you compare the package on amazon to the one displayed on this play-asia, it does not have the addition of Bayonetta at the front:
