doesn't seem to be any damage to the board. Did you check the fuses?
Also, likely the power brick failed even before putting current through to the multimeter, so it should be fine. Get a generic power brick with multiple tips and test it (something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Belker-Universal-Household-Electronics-Speakers/dp/B078LSVVTB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525418072&sr=8-1&keywords=power+supply+multiple+tips ).
