I was fortunate to find Amazon had a couple left in stock for a... decent amount.
I found it on ebay years ago, when I happened to look up "Ghibli bookends". There is another one Ghibli has, from Whisper of the Heart, but I didn't find it as appealing as this one.
I knew it would be the perfect way to end my collection, so I have waited patiently until they all had Blu-ray releases (I owned them all on DVD, then switched once they got Blu-ray releases... so I have 2 copies of each haha), and for me to have the money for it.
Ebay only had like, 2 listings up when I checked last week, and for much more then I was wanting to pay. Used Google to find another retailer, and was so surprised Amazon itself actually sold some.
I've seen a flower pot of this guy before, which I thought was pretty awesome. If I liked gardening, I would buy it too haha I don't think I've seen the clock one you mentioned before though! It sounds way cool.
