  • Burn More Calories with a waist trimmer which effectively insulates and raises the temperature of the abdominal core thereby increasing the heart rate, which in turn results in more calories burned; the most visible effect of this is increased sweat around the waist
  • Improved Core stability through mild compression, reduces excessive motion & energy leaks during kinetic loading and results in fewer muscle injuries from cool downs between weight sets, drills, or exercise routines; suitable for indoor or outdoor use
  • Easy To Wear wrap features tactile anti-slip grid surface along the internal lining, keeping the trimmer in place during cardio routines such as jogging, running, or cycling; lightweight belt fits comfortably beneath clothing - always wear directly against the skin

Oh! I just remembered [this] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005VRLT6Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which I used as my very first binder. I still use it sometimes. It has more than enough give/ length to fit around my chest with about 10" to spare once it's bound (as boobs get flat when compressed), it is 100% adjustable because it is velcro, and it is stretchy and so doesn't impede breathing. It's a little warm in summer, it isn't completely invisible under just a tshirt, and I'd still recommend wearing something cotton underneath it, but I like it a lot despite the fact that it's not a real binder. My chest is 47" unbound and loose, so if you're less than 57" or so you should be fine. Anyway, sorry for monopolizing your thread, but I hope this helps!

i suggest working out with one of these as well.

you are young enough to where that skin could stretch down potentially. You lost alot of weight pretty quickly, and you can try this cheap workaround to the loose skin. If after about 3- 6 months theres no improvement, along with your bulk, then adding muscle may be your only option next to surgery. Rub alot of cocoa butter on the skin as well and keep it moistorized along with drinking alot of water to help the elasticity.

Work out thing I have more stuff on my WLs, but it's pretty spread out. I think I have a workout DVD and an ab wheel, and a yoga mat. Yoga mat that I'd probably prefer. But choose what you'd like!

Imagineiff Or Marital Reaction or I've never or What's yours like? or Smart Ass.

As you can tell, I like me some games too. :)
