You'll need to connect the headphone output to an audio input on your laptop, then use the software of your choice to record it.

You could use your laptop's microphone input, but the resulting sound quality won't be very good. I'd recommend getting an audio interface. Here's a good selection of them:

To connect your CTK-551's headphone output to an audio interface with two 1/4" inputs, you'll need a cable like this:
