You probably want to look into getting professional dance shoes (for latin dancing). They come pretty close to what you are looking for, but might not always be that sparkly (because sparkles wear off rather quickly when dancing).

  Side note: Dance shoes tend to have a need to break them in. In the beginning, the area around your toes feels too tight in a lot of cases, but they will loosen over time. (This was especially true for the Capezios!) So, if you buy shoes and they are a little too tight in the beginning, that's normal. You can break them in to be comfortable.
