I have that exact pair. While the leather isn't great, the price is definitely right for figuring out if a pair of chelsea boots is something your really want, which is why I bought them in the first place. Also the shape of the Lands End boots looks good.

Edit: Here are some cheaper options as well. Can't really speak to quality though
