It's humid. Everything quick dry is best. They don't smell as much, easier to wash. I wouldn't bother with jeans, far too heavy and sweaty you'll never wear them. If you do get cold then just buy something here. Maybe if you visit a tea plantation in the mountains. Take a light jacket/shell. It always comes in useful on the plane and some nights when it's cold. You shouldn't need much more.
