I think these are slightly cheaper on Amazon ($23.85):

If you don't need LED's, the two pack plain ones are $31
They have been cheaper though and it's the one I usually get.
Corsair ML series fans are stupid quiet and move great air.
I have 5 in my case (2@140, 3@120).. case sits on my desk and is very quiet.
Hey all, I’m seeing a lot of questions about what OC I was able to achieve; I probably should have led with that. Current settings in MSI Afterburner are +55 on the core clock, +800 on the memory clock, custom fan curve that ramps up to 100% at 80C, set to 120% power. I’m not too enthused about touching the core voltage at this time. If you all have some advice for tweaking that setting, I’m all ears; everything I’ve read is that it’s of marginal ROI. Maximum temperature was 62C in my testing with the Furmark Donut of Death with my case, a Corsair Spec-06 with a tempered glass side window with 2x 140x25mm front intake fans and 1x 120x25mm rear exhaust fan. For those interested, the cooler and fans takes up (not kidding) FOUR PCI slots. If you count the GPU bracket I have installed, it’s SIX! I had to remove my wireless NIC to accommodate, but a small price to pay for the performance gains. Speaking of prices, the whole setup ran me about $115. See below for the components I used!

That's likely the RGB version. The regular ML120s are about £20 for two here in the UK.
These ones https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CO-9050040-WW-Pressure-Magnetic-Levitation/dp/B01G5I6MRK?th=1
Looks like those ML120 fans are $15 and change BNIB on Amazon.

The twin pack of ML120 is $32 for those interested: https://www.amazon.ca/Corsair-Premium-Magnetic-Levitation-2-Pack/dp/B01G5I6MRK/
Just odd's-&-ends.
Thanks a lot! I ordered 2 of these :)

Was thinking of putting one in the rear and one on the bottom (case is thermaltake v21 with 1 200mm fan in the front) both with the exhaust side facing outside from the case, does it sound good?
Like the build would only alter two things from personal experience the case and Noctua fan for better aesthetics and flow.

Case NZXT H500 Amazon 69.99$ and Fan Corsair ML120 29.33$ you get two fans =)
I've been running two ML120 Pros. They're currently $30 and perform nearly identically to the Noctuas, albeit a bit louder.
Only thing I recommend is taking a look at the Corsair ML 120. I don't know if you have specific reasons for getting the Noctua ones, but from experience I can say that the ML120's are great, and the 2-pack is cheaper than what you have listed. Grats on the build!
The ML fans have considerably more static pressure and slightly more CFM than the phanteks. Since the ML fans don't have a typical bearing like others, they should last decently longer as well. I've used both and the ML ones are definitely the superior fan. If you get the non-pro model of the ml120s, you can actually get them for the exact same price as those phanteks ones (although the non pros only come as a 2 pack iirc):
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G5I6MRK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ImTqDb3PV6ZZZ
Only difference between the pros and non pros are blade color and rubber at the corners.
I have corsair maglev fans and they are wonderful. Machine is whisper quiet at idle with only a bit of noise under load. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01G5I6MRK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 these guys.
Awesome. Thank you.
I confirmed I have two 120mm Case fans and my B350M Gaming Pro board has 3/4 pin connectors.
So I got this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G5I6MRK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Amazon has it for the same price
Are you referring to the liquid cooler?
You don't actually need it, the stock cooler that comes with the R5 2600 is already sufficient.
You also don't really need any additional case fans.
Regardless, I recommend the Corsair ML120 2-Pack for $35; they give great performance for the dollar.

corsair ml120 are my personal favorite.
Yeah I agree, no reason a Hyper 212 shouldn't do the job here.
If the fan is dying, then all you need is a new fan! Just look around for one that has high static pressure.
I replaced the stock fan on my Hyper 212 with one of these, mainly for aesthetics. It does the job slightly better.

So do you think I can fit a 240mm fan inside of it? Because it doesn't really look even big enough. And If I do get that, then are these fans fine. Not sure how sizes work or anything. Amazon Link
A few, you could go with a normal Corsair 120mm fan, if the old fan is soldered directly to the PSU I would cut the wires close to the fan, and solder a 3/4 pin connector to the wires, then attach the fan that way. If You don't have an extra fan connector you could scrap to do this I would suggest this one https://www.amazon.com/Electop-3-Pin-ATX-4-Pin-Molex/dp/B01MQ42KMV/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1536641156&sr=8-16&keywords=fan+connector
here is a basic 120mm fan: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G5I6MRK/ref=twister_B07843K53J?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
But if you wanted to Just cause you can and don't mind very loud fans, you could do this one https://www.amazon.com/Delta-Electronics-AFB1212GHE-CF00-120x120x-connector/dp/B004X2M2GG/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1536641387&sr=1-4&keywords=delta+120mm+fan

Posted this question yesterday, but hope I've got a better chance here.
At the moment my only case fan is a 200mm intake fan. I want to add two case fans(one exhaust, one to cool the VRM) to get temps and noise down.
I've been looking at the following fan packs, all from Corsair:
Which of these would be best for my intended use, or is there a better option with two fans for under €30?
Thanks!
Sounds good. Check me new post. Here they are. Practically brand new. Corsair ML120, 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation Fan (2-Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G5I6MRK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_AXODAb9147SAW
This? https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Premium-Magnetic-Levitation-2-Pack/dp/B01G5I6MRK
I could probably afford that.
Also another noob question but how do you change If the fan pulls air in or puts in out?
These. They are very similar to the ML120 Pro which costs around 25 bucks each, same fan just minus some trimmings like the anti vibration pads.
