Agreed. As long as the parts are compatible, which we can help with, assembling a pc is the way to go. This budget is difficult, though. Ideally you’d budget $250 (210€?)just for the graphics card. You really want a GTX1060. The graphics card is everything in a gaming computer. You won’t have much budget left; that means bare minimums on everything else.

This build is an excellent place to start:

PCGamer.com cheapest gaming computer build

Intel Pentium G4560
GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
ASRock B250M Pro4
Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4-2133
Crucial MX300 275GB
EVGA 450W 80+ Bronze PSU

Don’t forget a copy of Windows 10, a decent mouse, keyboard, monitor, and headphones or speakers.

Also I’ll suggest you reuse an old 7200rpm SATA hard drive (250gb+)if you have one in an old PC. This isn’t ideal, but it will help control costs and while it will make the game load slower than the Crucial MX300 listed above, it wont really affect gameplay.

EDIT:
Based on feedback and current prices, I suggest the following hardware:

more than enough, yes. your PSU's 12v rails deliver a total of 408W for your intended cpu/graphics (this one uses dual 12v rails, so assumedly 288W for gpu/peripherals and 252W for cpu/mobo). the rtx 2060 FE has a typical power rating of 160W and your cpu is 65W. i don't know specifically of the other components in your system, but those can typically add up to a (wildly overestimated) maximum of 50W. you may want to consider a new PSU if it's 5 years or older for potential reliability concerns (edit: see posts below for my thoughts), and a corsair CX450 (2017 version) goes for 40USD and has a single 12v rail of around 450W

If you're not VR gaming or 4k gaming/1440p Ultra settings, you should be more than fine with the 1050 ti. It's an amazing card with an amazing price. It's diffenetly a budget card that you should consider. And yes, a 240 psu is a good option but not if you're planning to overclock the CPU + GPU in the future because you might come close to the roof or overload it. Make sure to get a certified PSU like a Bronze one at least. This one is a pretty good one if you're interested: :D

Although the bottom one is ALOT cheaper I would strongly recommend the corsair over the raidmax as its a lesser know PSU) I can't believe it or not find a 220w PSU on PCPartPicker so link me one you think is good :P

No point in ranking them because they're all equally terrible. BR may be decent but we don't have reviews yet. If you can purchase from amazon then you should get a CX (grey label ones) or masterwatt.

I'm not sure if the MIR works with amazon, but it's $50 there too (-$20 mir) with free prime shipping.

If you are overclocking you will need headroom so I'd go with something like this or if you will be upgrading graphics card in the future you may want a higher wattage but for your system this is fine

Oh... Thanks for pointing it out. And I was looking for 3 traditional display ports. :D Thanks again. I have just placed an order for processor, mobo and ram.

I have one more question about psu. I swear this is the last one.. hopefully.

There are 2 psu available on Amazon from Corsair. Corsair VS450 450-Watt @2600 rs and Corsair CX450 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply @3700 rs. The VS series has amazing ratings and it is 1100 rs cheaper on Amazon. Is there any huge difference between both of these in terms of performance and durability?

BTW I have noticed that many US gaming communities say that Corsair VS and Corsair CX is low quality and they tell people to avoid it but I have seen people here only go after Corsair. How is Antec VP550P Plus 550 Watt 80 Plus Non-Modular Gaming Power Supply compared to Corsair VS450 or Corsair CX450... in terms of performance, warranty and support.

looks like your only decent choice for around 60 cad. CXM is decent but I did you one better with the CX, featuring a modern half bridge LLC topology instead of the old double forward topology on the CXM. Causing buzzing on the transformers and sometimes coil whine.

Depends on your power requirement, CX450 is in stock on Amazon for 4k: https://www.amazon.in/Corsair-CP-9020120-NA-CX450-Power-Supply/dp/B01MTZ96RU
