This is a nice, somewhat fancier than a normal folding table, folding table: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DOZTLOO/ref=asc_df_B00DOZTLOO5360678/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=394997&creativeASIN=B00DOZTLOO&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167166621599&hvpos=1o39&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14204316734748169358&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9005675&hvtargid=pla-465710966792
Based on your description, I'm not exactly sure how big you need. However I bought two of these and they are ok. I wish I had a bit more table space, but I also have space issues. I like that I can just pull one out if it's a small or average sized game.

Edit: Never mind, just saw that chairs aren't an option. Your options are probably really limited.
I use this table: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DOZTLOO/
It's cheaper, still large enough for most-to-all mahjong junk mats (though you could even go without thanks to the vinyl inset) and it can be folded for compact storage when not in use.
I also bought 4 matching chairs but regular foldable pipe chairs will be cheaper if you don't care about the chairs matching the table.
I ended up finding a $40 folding table w/ vinyl top on amazon (w/ shipping).

Might still use these recommendations to make a bigger (3x3 or 4x4) particle board top for it though. Thanks to everyone who posted!
