That one is similar, but not quite the same one. That stuff is okay, but it's not worth the calories. It's like big pieces of tempura fried onto the seaweed. It only 130 calories a bag!. Frying the seaweed makes me squeamish but I am confident in weighing the seaweed, frying it, then weighing it again to calculate how much oil is absorbed. It's my favorite snack and sometimes just can't afford the packaged version. I'm the opposite way and can't rationalize eating something after looking at the cals on the package. I've gotten obsessive over cooking and am working on a copycat Halo Top right now. There's xanthan gum and a scale that measure to 1/00th of a gram in my pantry...
BTW sugar-free Hershey's Syrup is 5 cal/ Tbp and pretty doggone good.
