quest bars, jerky, I just grabbed some edamame packs for travel - haven't tried them yet.

You could also try bringing some low or no carb protein powder like Isopure Vanilla along with a water bottle that has a wide mouth, so you can pour the protein powder in, add some water and shake it up. Or, even better, one of those cups that has a battery powered blender in it.

Edited after seeing imhere2's note - if you can mix the powder with the almond milk that doesn't need refrigeration, that would be even better!
