For screwdrivers, I prefer the Dewalt DW920K
I got mine in 1998 and use it often enough to wear down the original NiCAD battery packs, which I replaced with NiMH packs and it works even better. I dropped it plenty of times from top of ladders. The torque control works really well on this. I like it so much I bought another one 3 years ago.
That's a fine drill and will do mostly what you need it to. As a matter of fact, it may be a bit overkill. This drill can do all you need (per description) at a lower price, AND it's better for putting things together. The only catch is you'll need hex type drill bits. As a amtter off act, it's my go to drill for nonsense around the place, and I buy it as a gift for anyone getting an apartment.
