Khakis are pretty loose and stacking up at the bottom. Pretty par for traditional business casual, but I think something closer to your actual figure would be more flattering.

Shirt fit is fine.

Both the khakis and shirt (in addition to being a perfect execution of the Jeff Bezos uniform) are both super light-pastel colors. The boots are not - so it's a big transition going from pants to boots.

Easy way to make it less bland would be:

  • Anything but those two particular colors (so strongly identified as "corporate IT").
  • Even with those colors - something a bit more saturated like this and this would preserve the existing look but pop a lot more.
