Reddit mentions of Dynasty Oolong Tea

I drink one cup of this Oolong tea every morning - my doctor said it was fine.
It's nothing fancy - but I love it.


It CAN slow your absorption of folic acid and/or Iron - but so far so good for me. Totally healthy pregnancy.

Occasionally if I want more than one cup - I will just use the same tea bag over - which effectively reduces the caffeine intake each time I steep it.

I drank this stuff religiously before pregnancy - but couldn't really tolerate it until about halfway through my second trimester (as it just increased my pukey-starved feeling). Now I am back to one cup a day - though, I don't always finish it oddly enough.

For the record - I think this tea is under 60mg of caffeine per cup.

Probably roasted oolong fannings in a generic package. If you want something like that on the higher end you can try a "Phoenix Oolong" or sample different oolong teas - they vary widely in flavor depending on region of origin and processing methods. I found Phoenix to be a much much higher end version of that style of tea I am used to in NY Chinese takeout restaurants. If you are looking for that same level of quality on amazon maybe this one, but I have no experience with it personally (I hope this helps):
