You need any wall mount that apparently tilts down, can afford the weight of your X940E (120lbs), and accommodates a VESA 400x300 bolt pattern.

We put four of the bolts through studs but I added two anchors on the left side for extra support. You can pull the TV out a few inches which is helpful for getting to the inputs.
