You might like Ellie shoes. When I started dancing I started out with basic heels by them. They’re actually super comfy for heels (the soles are padded). Do note that since they’re not actual boots it’ll be harder to climb, but boots are very pricey.
Remember: patent leather is best for climbing the pole. Boots provide the most stability. Pleasers are the best brand but they’re expensive for that exact reason.
