Yes hello I'm OP, I didn't know I'm building a computer and never knew I wanted this
No its not an exclusive. It should be on all nVidia cards of the correct models, but make sure it says Watch Dogs when you order.

I have a 780 Ti for sale. For reference, this is the one I have, it is superclocked: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-03G-P4-2883-KR/dp/B00GFZMI3G/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1499278800&sr=8-3&keywords=780+ti+evga
Remember you have to get that 980ti quick (in the first month after pascal) as once the stock is cleared the price gets worse than it is now. Check out the prices of 780ti models from an amazon price tracker 1 2 3

I have the sli connector. Here's the link to the exact graphics card. http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-03G-P4-2883-KR/dp/B00GFZMI3G
Is this the same one?
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-03G-P4-2884-KR/dp/B00GMTGJIU
Also, I noticed this one is much more expensive:
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-03G-P4-2883-KR/dp/B00GFZMI3G/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1410561256&sr=1-5&keywords=%22780+ti%22
It's not easy to see the difference for me... what would be the reason for going with that more expensive one, if any?
Thank you so much for your help
Here's some processed data about the two graphics cards:
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-290X-vs-GeForce-GTX-780-Ti
With any of these cards you shouldn't have any problem running GTA V in ultra, or even a modded version ahaha. But also if you can wait for some extra time, I would recommend waiting until the mid September, as rumors are going around that the GTX 880 will be released, and it should kill both of these GPUS.
Also Here are the links for both GPUS:

ASUS Radeon R9 290X DirectCU II (Reference model for this card is not good due to the amount of heat generated): http://www.amazon.com/Asus-R9290X-DC2OC-4GD5-ASUS-Graphics-Cards/dp/B00HSY1TBK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1407818802&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+r9+290x+directcu

From my experience with Asus GPUs, the DC2 coolers and configs are really good. I'm using at the moment a GTX 760 and under heavy load the temps are really low.
Also from what I see about the reviews for the R9 290x for the asus model, the temps are way lower than the reference card, as well as the extra performance boost that you can get.
Hope that this info helps.
Overclocking isn't a major thing, so if you can add better equipment by changing that I'd go ahead.
Also, I saw on amazon that the GTX 780 Ti you're referring to is as much as the R9 290X you're listing on pc part picker, so I might be able to squeeze that in there? http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-03G-P4-2883-KR/dp/B00GFZMI3G/?tag=logicaincrem-20
