Not sure if you're prone to, or experiencing hypertension while on your cycle, but if you do, I've found that using a garlic supplement is highly beneficial for this purpose. Here's the one I use.
Garlic supplement
Hawthorn berry has worked for me. So has garlic pills, the kind that feature allicin. this is the kind that helped me.
If it’s your top number that’s high, try pine bark. Pycnogenol it is called. This one is good.
COQ10/Ubiquinol and Magnesium are supposed to be good too. Omega 3 oil is supposed to Make your veins loose and happy.
I’m working on figuring out what I need to take.
I go from 140’s/high 90’s down to low 120’s/80’s when I take various combinations of these.
