She's came up with it herself in her teens and has been doing it this way for 20 years and we've never found anyone else who uses hardware/craft organisers and we've yet to find a superior solution.
Plano 3600’s are expensive or difficult to come by in the UK - I recommend these as an alternative as they’re the same size and work well with the BGG template too
