You will need this to connect the E6 to your SGNote 3, but a similar cable is provided in the box together with the E6 if thats what you're asking.

I picked up my car last Thursday, and just got back from the Porsche World Roadshow (#PWRS) tonight. I'll update with more info when I'm not on mobile.
I'm now awake, and have edited this post extensively.

  • Dark Blue Metallic paint

Personal preference (I like the Sapphire Blue myself)

  • Standard 2-way seats

I chose the same, seat position doesn't get adjusted much, and my fiance likes the same seat position I do, we have same size legs but she has a shorter torso, so she only needs to adjust the mirrors. The steering wheel adjustment will be manual as well with this choice, electric with the 18-way.

  • Sub Alcantara for Agate Grey leather interior

This sort of changes the car, a large part of what the GTS is, is the Alcantara interior. The steering wheel is AMAZING, I drove a Boxter GTS with a leather wheel, and then a Cayman GTS with Alcantara, and it was so much nicer. You will also lose the GTS stitching on the headrest with this option.

  • Convenience Pkg

Should come standard on every car.

  • PDK (it was a long, tough decision not to get the manual)

Very tough decision, I've driven both and am glad I got the manual. I don't plan to do any compeditive racing, so the PDK being faster was a non issue. It will drive like an auto when you want it to, and the downshifts and throttole blips are amazing. The manual does a throttle blip rev match in sports+, it even holds rpm to ensure smoother up shifts. Heal toe nerds don't like it (it gets disabled when you disable PSM in Sports+ however) but I was never very good at heal toe, and no where near this consistant. love the feature on manual. Sports chrono, and wheel and a few other options cost more with PDK on the S, so you get a little bit better discount on the PDK with the GTS. I'm still happy with my manual.

  • Porsche Torque Vectoring

    Solid choice, its great.

  • Seat Ventilation

I REALLY wanted this, however it deletes the Alcatara seating, which will also delete the GTS stitching on the headrest (confirmed by those that ordered it). Thankfully the Alcantara breaths pretty well, and it wasn't that big of a deal. I chose Alcantara over seat vent, but I really wish they could have done a perforated Alcantara to achieve both.

  • Smoking Pkg (Dealer recommended it for the extra 12v, plus it looks better than a gaping hole)

Dealer is correct, and its free. Looks great. I ordered it as well.

  • Brushed aluminum interior Pkg in black
  • Brushed aluminum center console in black

I liked these options, and you can only get them on the 981 GTS currently it seems. Sadly I was too late to add them to my order (my build went lock in less than a week). On the bright side, the silver trim looks good with the Alcantara, and seems to break things up a bit in the interior.

  • Bose Surround Sound

Preference, I believe the bose are still paper. 2015 Standard is now the 9 speakers and 235 Watt output setup. Its decent but could use a bit more. Its not a very expensive option on its own in Porsche dollars. I got the standard, and its fine, but not good.

  • Matte black painted Carrera S wheels At $880

Get it, I did, they look fantastic. You also get the colored center crests included.

  • Infotainment Pkg - Without getting this package, will I still be able to connect my phone to make calls and stream
    music using bluetooth.

Bluetooth calling is included with the base system, you just don't get bluetooth audio streaming. There is an AUX jack though. This is one area where Porsche price gouges, and many complain about it, as you get USB/IPOD on $14000 cars standard. The Nav, while actually really good as far as current Auto offerings go, is still shit compared to a smart phone. Hopefully Android Auto will make its way into future Porsches. I just could not justify the price tag for what you get.
    Solutions: Griffin Technology BlueTrip AUX
    FiiO L8 Line Out Cable
This is the cleenest setup, suggested over at the planet-9.com forums.

Note: you will lose fidelity with BT audio streeming. The base sort of drops out. This is due to compression and is unavoidable.

  • ParkAssist w/ Camera

Those that have it say it will not pick up lower objects that can still hit your body work. Only really useful for walls that you can basically see anyway. The camera is nice, but not necessary if you've successfully parked without it for years then you're fine. For those buying Boxters, the rear visibility is shit, and they might like this option.

  • Power Steering Plus

I would stay away from this. You will not like this, and people you might sell your car to in the future may avoid your car because of it. You can not disable it. Some that have it say its not so bad, you could always ask to drive one with it to see for yourself.

  • Electronic Logbook

I believe you need the infotainment head unit, to get this option. So consider it very expensive for what it does.

    My car build: http://www.porsche.com/microsite/porsche-code/?c=/PFH2N6B7
I picked up some LED clear corner marker's at delivery. My dealer price matched suncoastparts.com, and installed them before it had the plate on it.
I requested my dealer not wash the car as to not introduce swirls to the paint. They might have done a fine job, but I've seen too many cars marred to hell from improper washing by dealerships. I've done a fair amount of auto detailing and been on detailing forums for a long time. Proper 2 bucket wash and detailed the car myself and it looks flawless.
The car is currently in my garage awaiting clear protection instillation (XPEL Ultimate). The paint on these cars seems to chip easy, and I plan on driving the crap out of my car, so it must be done.

I'll be posting my story in more detail, and impressions on the car when I get some pro photo's done by a photography friend of mine. But here's a sneek peak.

Now, you're young and that's fine, but flaunting it can come off poorly. You might strongly consider settings some goals before buying this car. I saved for over 4 years, bought a house, fully funded my retirement and maxed my ROTH IRA contributions, while waiting to hit my savings goals. I sold my truck and motorcycle a year ago and drove a 97 Geo Metro in preparation for this car. I'm currently 32 and that is still young, but I was able to hit all my goals and feel quite comfortable about my future. With my time I got to build hundreds of Cayman S's and then GTS's in the configuration. This let me really narrow things down to what options were worth getting, and ones I could do without and not compromise the cay for me in any way. Even before I settled on the Porsche, I had shopped hard for other cars, and nearly bought a Lotus Evora, but it would not have been a practical daily driver, though some make it work. I'm glad I waited as I ended up with a car that's much more special to me, and means a whole lot more.

Compound interest can work serious magic at your age, your older self will thank you for doing the smart thing. Car's will always improve, and there will always be the next big thing out there, but your only chance at investing young is now. I'm sure you have some retirement going, but check out /r/personalfinance to make sure your savings is on track and more tips to get you there if it isn't.

Best of luck with the car, I'm positive you will enjoy it.

I'm looking for an inexpensive short male to male 3.5mm cable similar to the Fiio L8. http://www.amazon.com/Cable-Stereo-Right-Angle-3-5mm/dp/B005EV38AE/ref=pd_sim_e_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0M043XKPZCQBGSA07AX8

I don't mine waiting a few weeks for ebay to ship. It needs to be slim to fit into my iPhone case and preferably right angled but not necessary.
