No early access; probably going to receive it a couple days after it comes out as usual with Newegg.
Amazon's $30 after $10 Amazon credit, early access, and release-day shipping is a better deal.

No, but I have good news! Right now the PS3 version of the game is on sale for super cheap.

And as an added bonus, if you buy a PS3 copy you can UPGRADE to PS4 for free until April 1st.
So, save yourself money and get that PS3 copy and upgrade it to PS4 right away. If you want to you could also buy a second one to still have access on PS3.

What you can do is buy another PS3 copy of the game, upgrade your current PS3 license to the PS4 version, then use the bought PS3 copy to get the license back. The PS4 Upgrade Campaign has been extended to March 31st of 2015, so you have some time to do that. It's only 20$ right now as I'm posting this on Amazon

It should be a lot better than 1.0 has been. Much faster paced combat, with a focus on action oriented combat along the line of TERA and GW2 from what I understand. Though it could be a hotkey MMO from the looks of it, 1.0 has a lot of positional skills you need to use, so we'll probably end up with something halfway between WoW and GW2.
Then there's the lower graphics requirements to get in the game with a better engine that's more optimized than the current game. Completely reworkable UI, market wards + auction house, it just all looks a lot better. I don't play as much 1.0 as I used to, mostly to get my goobue mount before they removed it in the 1.23 patch :P
Amazon just listed 2.0 for the PS3 at $40, so... If you don't have a PC that can run it you can grab it for the PS3 at that price (or grab the deeply discounted $15.89 PC download and just wait until 2.0 drops to register. 1.0 > 2.0 upgrade is free for all PC players.).

The ps3 version is on sale a lot so I bought that for $25 and did the upgrade to the Ps4 version for free. You need to register the game on a Ps3(either yours or a friends) in order to do the upgrade. It's been as low as $10. You also get a free month of play to try it out. That helps subsidize the costs.
