My latest obsession has become my health! I think I've been eating too many of my sister's yummy treats and I gained a good 10 pounds. When I looked in the mirror, I felt like a manatee and decided that it is time to do something about that! I've had self-esteem issues for quite some time so seeing that I'd gained (what feels like a ton) those ten pounds really made them go over the edge... then my mother was diagnosed with cancer back in November and I realize now that nothing is more important than being in good shape and most importantly- in good health. I've been going to the gym, eating right, but I occasionally still cave and do not follow the strict regime that I'm on...but I think this book would help me!! :D <3 <3 Becoming the better-best me is something that will never fully be accomplished- but working on it daily will get me there- to a great spot, and I'm so excited and happy for that. (I am also really trying to get a flat belly...why is that sooooo hard?!?!) :P

3.14!

<3 Thank you so much for the contest and contributing to everyone's latest obsession!! :D
