I use these at work (without the padding) to keep mine in check: https://www.amazon.com/FITTIN-Racerback-Sports-Bras-Seamless/dp/B016MXOY00/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=fittin+sports+bra&qid=1554229739&s=gateway&sr=8-3
They are a little warm, however, but are also quite snug.
Do you need it to also be a nursing bra? I'm still pregnant and so not nursing yet, but I haven't had much luck finding supportive sports/nursing bras, so I was just planning to wear my sports bras when I work out and take them off and swap to a soft nursing bra for the rest of the time. If baby needs to nurse at the gym...well, I'll figure that out when I get there :)
I'm about the same size as you, my two main bras right now are a 32DDD with a band extender and a 34G. I wear these sports bras in a large and find they are very supportive. Though as you're already nursing even at the same size you may have more weight to support. Hopefully they will still work!
