a water backpack with a storage compartment will do the trick, if you don't mind carrying it around all day... it's an august festival in the us, you're gonna want to need to stay hydrated all day and take advantage of the water supply. granted i suppose there's a risk of theft at a super large festival but you can always slap a tiny lock for the zippers i suppose if you so desire..
